Do I need to pay additional customs or taxes at checkout?

No, all prices displayed include any applicable taxes and duties. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes, for orders of any Trelino® toilet, shipping is free.
For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ applies.
If you’re purchasing only membrane sets, a shipping fee of 3.90£ will be charged, which covers up to two sets.

How do I return my Trelino®?

Returns are free within 30 days if the Trelino® is in its original, unused condition.

Once you contact us with your return request, we’ll provide you with a return label.
When the return has been fully processed, we will refund any payments already made as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days.

What is the cost for returning items?

No cost, returns within 30 days are free, provided the item is in original and unused condition.

Why waste new resources when plastic waste products can be recycled?

For the sake of sustainability, our Blauer Engel certified solid waste bags are made of min 90 % post-consumer recyclate (PE). This makes it a premium recycled product with a significantly lower carbon footprint than standard bags made from virgin material. Our solid bags burn residue-free and are groundwater neutral in landfills.

With its two convenient handles, the bag can be easily removed from the container and tied tightly. The strong material is impermeable to water, so even moister contents remain reliably in the bag. With its opaque anthracite-colored garment, the recycling bag allows you a discreetly disposal of your waste. Thanks to its special tear resistance, you can even go to the residual waste garbage can without worrying about large fill volumes. You no longer have to worry about the inconvenience of thin bags tearing or spilling.

With a capacity of 18 liters, the solid waste bags fit not only in all Trelino® models, but also in most waste containers up to 15 liters.*

First time using the recycling bags

Can’t complain about these bags. They were nice and thick and loved the slogan on them. Just made me laugh when emptying my Trelino composting toilet. Great addition to my campervan!
