Is shipping free?
- Yes, for orders of any Trelino® toilet, shipping is free.
- For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ applies.
- If you’re purchasing only membrane sets, a shipping fee of 3.90£ will be charged, which covers up to two sets.
How do I return my Trelino®?
- Returns are free within 30 days if the Trelino® is in its original, unused condition.
- Simply send us an email at hello@trelino.com with the following details:
- Delivery note number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Once you contact us with your return request, we’ll provide you with a return label.
- When the return has been fully processed, we will refund any payments already made as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days.
What is the cost for returning items?
- No cost, returns within 30 days are free, provided the item is in original and unused condition.
Bottle to fill with your own cleaning mix
The unfilled bottle is perfect for applying your own cleaning solution. Fill the bottle with tried and tested household products such as diluted citric or acetic acid.
Simply spray the substance onto the separator insert and then wipe with toilet paper or a soft cloth. You can then throw the toilet paper into the solids container.
Recommended mixing ratio: diluted vinegar essence (1:7 or higher) or diluted citric acid (max. 3 tablespoons to 1 litre of water).

Fill the bottle with the cleaning solution of your choice and spray a few times on the separator insert as a replacement for the ‘home toilet flush’. If necessary, wipe the separator insert with a piece of toilet paper.
