- For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ applies.

If you’re purchasing only membrane sets, a shipping fee of 3.90£ will be charged, which covers up to two sets.
How do I return my Trelino®?
- Returns are free within 30 days if the Trelino® is in its original, unused condition.
- Simply send us an email at hello@trelino.com with the following details:
- Delivery note number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Once you contact us with your return request, we’ll provide you with a return label.
- When the return has been fully processed, we will refund any payments already made as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days.
