- For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ applies.
- If you’re purchasing only membrane sets, a shipping fee of 3.90£ will be charged, which covers up to two sets.
How do I return my Trelino®?
- Returns are free within 30 days if the Trelino® is in its original, unused condition.
- Simply send us an email at hello@trelino.com with the following details:
- Delivery note number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Once you contact us with your return request, we’ll provide you with a return label.
- When the return has been fully processed, we will refund any payments already made as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days.
What is the cost for returning items?
- No cost, returns within 30 days are free, provided the item is in original and unused condition.

Fermeture de replacement pour le couvercle du bidon d'urine
Selon l'intensité de l'utilisation, la membrane dure environ 3 mois (en cas d'utilisation continue).
Remarque : la lèvre de la membrane est légèrement ouverte. C'est intentionnel afin d'éviter que l'urine ne colle à la membrane. Malgré la lèvre raccourcie, la membrane remplit sa fonction et empêche le liquide de s'écouler.
Ce produit n'est pas compatible avec les toilettes Boxio !
