Would you like to return an item? Here’s how it works:

1. Send us an email at hello@trelino.com with the following details:

   • Delivery note number
   • Items you wish to return
   • Reason for the return (please choose one):
     1. Ordered incorrectly / Exchange
     2. Incorrect delivery
     3. Defective item
     4. Other reason: _________________

2. Receive your return label
   Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll send you a link to create a free return label.
