Is shipping free?
- Yes, for orders of any Trelino® toilet, shipping is free.
- For orders under 129£, a shipping fee of 14.90£ applies.
- If you’re purchasing only membrane sets, a shipping fee of 3.90£ will be charged, which covers up to two sets.
How do I return my Trelino®?
- Returns are free within 30 days if the Trelino® is in its original, unused condition.
- Simply send us an email at hello@trelino.com with the following details:
- Delivery note number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Once you contact us with your return request, we’ll provide you with a return label.
- When the return has been fully processed, we will refund any payments already made as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days.

Einstreu für Trockentrenntoilette: natürlich und geruchsfrei
Trelino® Trenntoilettenstreu aus Weichholzfasern* ist die ideale Lösung zur Abdeckung der Feststoffe in Deiner Trenntoilette. Das hochwertige Produkt wird hauptsächlich aus Fichten- und Tannenholz hergestellt und zeichnet sich durch seine besonders hohe Saugfähigkeit aus. Es überzeugt durch eine optimale Feuchtigkeitsabsorption und bindet auf natürliche Weise zuverlässig Gerüche. Die Streu lässt sich einfach dosieren, ist nachhaltig und vollständig kompostierbar. Ein besonderer Vorteil: die Streu ist ein echter Softie. Dank der abgerundeten Körnung ist gibt es keine spitzen Fasern, die den Beutel in Deiner Trenntoilette beschädigen könnten. Um Staubbildung zu minimieren, wurde das Produkt vor der Abfüllung sorgfältig entstaubt.
Für eine optimale Haltbarkeit empfehlen wir eine trockene und kühle Lagerung.
*Der eingesetzte Rohstoff ist ein Nebenprodukt in der Sägeindustrie, es werden keine Bäume für dieses Produkt gefällt.

Zum Abstreuen der Feststoffe ca. 50g Trelino®- Streu über die Ausscheidungen geben, bis diese gut bedeckt sind.
