Yes - with this Pick-Up House: The smallest Tiny House in the world 🏠

The Pick-Up House is inspired by the Corona winter - when restaurant patrons saw their cars as the only way to eat out.

The Pick-Up House explores the potential of mobile spaces beyond camping aesthetics for a more contemporary use of public space through cars.

During the cold winter months, the Pick-Up House is used for Berlin's cold aid to provide homeless people with a dry, warm night. Since the opening of the emergency hotel, it has been occupied every night so far. In some cases, the occupancy rate was well over 100%, as the mobile room was not occupied by just one guest, as intended, but by several who stayed there for hours at a time, for example.

The foundation of the Tiny House is a pick up truck. The interior combines the compactness of a tent with the comfort of a camper. On only 2.5 m² of floor space, there is room for a kitchen, desk, Trelino® toilet & even a shower.

A sleeping couch disappears under the sloping roof during the day. The house is heated with gas. The spatial highlight is the spacious dormer.

The Pick-Up House is easy to load and unload thanks to its castors and frame. The special feature: Four Pick-Up Houses together make a two-room apartment. Entire settlements are thus conceivable for crisis situations.

A very interesting concept, which we would like to introduce to you. We're sure that we're not the only ones who think that this is a really great thing. It almost doesn't get any smaller than this, does it? If you have any ideas, please let us know. Feel free to contact us at: hello@trelino.com.
